Short version: I use what you send me only to answer you and do the work you order. No ads, no tracking cookies, and your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
Who is responsible
Ruuf Media is run by Artem Rusko. For any question about your data, email artem@ruufmedia.com.
What I collect
- What you enter in the quote form: name, email, company, package, footage link and project details.
- With each form request, the page you sent it from and your country, as reported by Cloudflare.
- What you send me by email or on WhatsApp.
Cloudflare, which runs this site, also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and to block spam and abuse.
Why
To reply to your request, prepare a quote and deliver the videos you order. Under the GDPR, that is taking steps you ask for before a contract and then carrying it out (Article 6(1)(b)). Spam protection and site security rely on my legitimate interest in keeping the site working (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare: hosting, video delivery, spam protection, and emailing form requests to me.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where requests and emails arrive.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message me there.
These companies may process data outside the EU under their standard data protection terms.
How long
I keep requests and messages while we work together and as long as accounting and legal rules require. Ask me at any time and I'll delete what I don't have to keep.
Cookies and statistics
This site sets no cookies and shows no ads. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't follow you across other sites.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how I use it: email artem@ruufmedia.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
